Client Operations Manager
In addition to managing the daily routine tasks, the Client Operations Manager (“COM”) also assists clients with problems arising from the usage of the Eagle products as well as the Eagle ACCESS service. This includes troubleshooting Eagle software issues that the client may have. The COM will need to be able to triage the issue, work for a resolution of the issue via a workaround, identification of a data issue, identification of a software deficiency or client education on usage of the products.

Build /Release Engineer
The Installation Analyst/Build Engineer is part of the R&D Organization in the Development Operations Team. Responsibilities include the development and testing of the ‘install program’ that supports the deployment of Eagle software, building the components of the product suite on multiple platforms, deployment of web servers to multiple environments, and supporting end users with web server issues.
