Consulting Manager - Performance
Plans, budgets, staffs and manages multiple projects and teams. Managing consultants’ broad based responsibilities have a direct impact on company growth. Interprets and defines complex business problems into technical solutions. Maintains solid understanding of implementation methodology. Escalates client requests that are out of scope. Plans and manages moderate-sized or multiple small-sized projects and client relationships to achieve milestones, reporting standards, and budgetary requirements. Works with accounting to manage revenue realization. Communicates risks, issues, and status of resolution to management. Motivates staff and creates team cohesion. Participates in the interviewing process. Conducts project reviews.
The qualified individual will play a critical role in synthesizing, analyzing and reporting on revenues, expenses, profitability, resource/time allocations and other key metrics/statistics and trends across all of the divisions of Eagle Investments Systems Worldwide, including Professional Services, Product Development, Quality Assurance, Product Delivery, Sales & Marketing and Client Services/Support.

The Product Engineer develops, enhances, supports, and renovates application functionality for out Core Accounting team under moderate supervision. May assume a lead role on small projects. Prepares development practices, code, and documentation. Analyzes various product requirements to determine feasibility of feature designs and performance enhancements within cost and time constraints.
Business Systems Analyst - Mutual Funds
In this capacity, the candidate provides a business/systems analysis and solution-consulting role within Eagle’s Mutual Fund Accounting development team. The candidate will work closely with clients, and Eagle Sales, GPS, Product Management, other teams within R&D on development activities under the direction of Mutual Fund Team Lead.
Business Systems Analyst - Insurance
In this capacity, the candidate provides a business/systems analysis and solution-consulting role within Eagle’s Insurance Accounting development team. The candidate will work closely with clients, and Eagle Sales, GPS, Product Management, other teams within R&D on development activities under the direction of Insurance Team Lead.
Represent R&D in the development of new business opportunities, providing technical support to RFPs and due diligence exercises, utilizing fluency in financial products and terminology to positively impact sales results. Evangelize pattern standardization within the client implementation group. Provide best practice knowledge within design review sessions. Align solutions with product roadmap and firm investments. Contribute in a meaningful way to new initiatives that improve the organization (e.g., contributing to QA standards, participating in seminars and presentations, participating in governance bodies, etc.).
Build and Release Engineer
Eagle is looking for talented Engineers with excellent problem solving and communication skills to join and work closely with our growing development team. The role’s focus is to administer and maintain Team Foundation Server (TFS) and accompanying build and deployment processes. This resource will work closely with key members of the development team to enhance and support current processes. The ideal candidate will also be detail-oriented and will continuously strive to improve and automate our build and release process.
Relationship Manager - West Coast
The Eagle Relationship Manager is the “Owner” of the end-to-end relationship for Eagle clients. The Relationship Manager is expected to provide strategic management consulting to his/her clients such that clients continue to see and expand the value of the Eagle solution within their organization. The RM will own the overall Eagle footprint at each client and focus on increasing the overall value-add of Eagle products and services. The RM is the overall lead resource responsible for the successful delivery of products and services to Eagle clients.
