Client Operations Manager

In addition to managing the daily routine tasks, the Client Operations Manager (“COM”) also assists clients with problems arising from the usage of the Eagle products as well as the Eagle ACCESS service.  This includes troubleshooting Eagle software issues that the client may have.  The COM will need to be able to triage the issue, work for a resolution of the issue via a workaround, identification of a data issue, identification of a software deficiency or client education on usage of the products.

Build /Release Engineer

The Installation Analyst/Build Engineer is part of the R&D Organization in the Development Operations Team.  Responsibilities include the development and testing of the ‘install program’ that supports the deployment of Eagle software, building the components of the product suite on multiple platforms, deployment of web servers to multiple environments, and supporting end users with web server issues.  S/He will work closely with the Installation Component Owner to define install functionality and also work with Management on new build processes and procedures.  S/He also documents and researches functional and technical issues as they arise.  This role will provide exposure across the Research and Development team with this day to day work as well as involvement in special projects.

QA Analyst

Testing all software release types (Major, Enhancement / Service Pack, JetFix) as requested.  Candidate will be responsible for recreating issues in multiple software environments to validate issues in context of Eagle’s software branch remediation process.  Responsibilities will include: creating new test plans for enhancements and defect correction, on-going build out of regression test bed, capturing messages and expected results to support automated regression testing, contributing to and/or publishing formal test plans, and training others (including the offshore resources) in the context of a team setting.
