Eagle Debates the Future of Data Management at Buy-Side Technology European Summit

18 May, 2015

LONDON– 18 May 2015 – Eagle Investment Systems LLC, a BNY Mellon company and leading provider of financial services technology, is taking part in a panel debate on data management at this year’s Buy-Side Technology European Summit on 19th May.

Head of Eagle Solutions for EMEA and APAC, Marc Rubenfeld, CIPM, will be speaking on a panel session titled: The next round of challenges and opportunities in data management. The panelists will cover a wide range of topics, including the impact of new data-intensive regulatory requirements and supporting multiple books of record, as well as rapidly growing data volumes and the interoperability across solutions.

“As global markets continue to recover, we are seeing investment firms move to a new phase where focus is being directed on new opportunities to grow alongside the common challenges of the past few years. This new phase is increasingly exposing the limitations of their data management practices,” said Mr. Rubenfeld. “At Eagle, we continuously invest in our data management solutions and collaborate closely with our clients to help them create a global platform that supports multiple books of record while addressing the regulatory demands of today and the future. The exponential growth of data presents new opportunities to gain valuable operational insights and exciting new possibilities for interoperability. I look forward to discussing how our innovative, flexible and scalable data management solutions can help firms grow their assets efficiently.”

The Summit, which takes place in London, is designed specifically for senior data, business and technology executives from leading buy-side firms across Europe. For more information about the event, please visit: http://events.buy-sidetechnology.com/eu/static/home.
