LONDON – February 1, 2017– Eagle Investment Systems LLC, a BNY Mellon company and leading provider of financial services technology, was named “Best Fund Accounting and Reporting Software Provider” at the MENA Fund Manager Fund Services Awards ceremony which took place last night in Dubai.
The annual MENA Fund Manager Fund Services Awards recognizes fund services providers that have demonstrated innovative product development and exceptional customer service in the MENA region.
The award reflects Eagle’s success among asset managers, asset owners and sovereign wealth funds that are looking to achieve greater control over their assets as they grow in size and invest in a wider range of asset classes and geographies. In particular, Eagle was recognized for its innovative fund accounting and reporting solutions that are developed in close collaboration with its clients to meet new industry demands. Eagle has helped firms in the region achieve Accounting Books of Record (ABORs), Investment Books of Record (IBORs) and Performance Books of Record (PBORs) integrated on one platform to provide timely access to data with transparency into assets and holdings.
“The judges were impressed by Eagle’s innovative and collaborative approach to product development that helps their clients stay ahead of the curve,” said Tom O’Riordan, Publisher, MENA Fund Manager. “Eagle has developed an impressive range of tools to help investment managers improve operational workflows and achieve greater efficiencies.”
“Our flexible and comprehensive technology based upon a data-centric approach has provided the foundation for operational transformation projects at some of the region’s most sophisticated and forward-looking investment firms,” said John Legrand, Managing Director for Eagle in EMEA/APAC. “We are delighted to receive this prestigious award that not only recognizes the quality of our technology, but most importantly our commitment to developing innovative solutions designed to help clients meet their current and future business demands.”
The award win is Eagle’s second in the region in a little over 12 months, having previously been named Best Portfolio Management Technology Vendor at the WealthBriefing GCC Region Awards at the end of 2015.
