Glenn Totten, HR Business Partner

Glenn Totten joined Eagle in 2006 to head Eagle’s human resources department.  Mr. Totten is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all human resources functions at Eagle.  As Eagle’s Human Resources Business Partner, Mr. Totten provides leadership and strategic human resources consulting to Eagle’s management team in the areas of compensation and benefits, employee development, recruitment and staffing.  Mr. Totten works closely with Eagle’s parent company, The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation, to ensure that Eagle is aligned with BNY Mellon’s human resources initiatives.

Mr. Totten has 20 years of experience in the insurance, financial services and software industries in support of human resource and client service functions.  Prior to joining Eagle, he served as the Human Resources Manager at eXcelon Corporation, now Progress Software. 

Mr. Totten earned his Bachelor of Science in Management/Marketing from Eastern Connecticut State University.
