Lou Maiuri , Chief Executive Officer

Lou Maiuri is chief executive officer of Eagle Investment Systems, a leading provider of investment management software and services. Mr. Maiuri has more than 20 years experience in the development and delivery of software solutions to the global financial services arena.
As CEO, Mr. Maiuri is responsible for determining the strategic direction of the company and providing leadership around its philosophy, mission, and strategic goals and objectives.

Prior to rejoining Eagle in 2006, Mr. Maiuri was a senior vice president at Fidelity where he was responsible for the FMRCO Equity Investment Management Technology Division and the Strategic Advisor’s Investment Management Technology Division.  Prior to leaving Eagle in 2004, Mr. Maiuri held the position of Chief Operating Officer. In addition, Mr. Maiuri has held senior investment technology positions at State Street Bank and Computer Partners. He has extensive experience developing software products and tools for portfolio managers and traders and has managed several large-scale development projects for investment advisors, banks and insurance companies.

Mr. Maiuri earned his B.S. in Management Information Systems/Finance from American International College.
