Fred M. Schpero, Chief Financial Officer

With more than 15 years experience in the financial services industry. Mr. Schpero is responsible for overseeing all financial related issues of the company including, fiscal budgeting and planning, risk management, corporate finance, and contract negotiations.

Prior to joining Eagle, Mr. Schpero was the chief financial officer of Conning Corporation, an asset management and research firm focused on the insurance industry with over $30 billion of assets under management. Mr. Schpero also headed up the mergers and acquisitions team at Conning.

Mr. Schpero earned his B.S. in Industrial Management from Purdue University's Krannert School of Management and his M.S. in Professional Accounting from Northeastern University.
