Conference Registration Fees

Early Discounted Conference Registration - $1,350 USD
Applies to registrations received on or before February 29, 2008. Includes entrance to all conference sessions, meals, and evening social events.

Regular Conference Registration - $1,500 USD
Applies to registrations received after February 29, 2008. Includes entrance to all conference sessions, meals, and evening social events.

Accommodations
Eagle has negotiated a special conference rate of $290.00 per night. Please refer to Hotel for complete details.

Cancellation/Refunds/Transfers
We must receive all conference and accommodation cancellations and transfers in writing by fax, e-mail, or mail at the address below.

Conference Registration Fees
Conference cancellations must be made in writing by fax, e-mail, or mail by March 10, 2008 for a full refund. We will issue a 50% refund for registration cancellations received between March 11th and April 6th, 2008. We regret that no refund for registration cancellations will be made after this date. Registrations are transferable to another associate in your organization at any time with advance written notice. Any registration discounts are issued to the individual only and the discount may not be transferred.

Accommodations
Note that the room reservation cut-off date is April 6, 2008. Once the room block is full or released, you may be unable to reserve a guest room or obtain the discounted group rate. We must receive all accommodations cancellations in writing by fax, e-mail, or mail by April 6, 2008 for a full refund. No refund for accommodations cancellations will be made after this date and your credit card will be charged for any accommodations reserved (the full length of your stay). Accommodations are transferable to another associate in your organization at any time with advance written notice.
